Banner Witcoff attorney Anna King will speak on Sept. 23 at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) Intellectual Property Law Institute 2019 in New York.

Anna will speak during a breakout session focused on trademark. She will join two other practitioners to discuss what is and isn’t registrable with the USPTO, violations of Section 5 of the FTC Act, and the rejection of trademark licenses in bankruptcy after the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Mission Product Holdings Inc. v. Tempnology.
