Banner Witcoff is sponsoring the closing reception of the PTAB/TTAB Live Hearing Stadium Tour, which will take place Oct. 3 at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago.

The event will feature “live Patent Trial and Appeal Board
(PTAB) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings where judges will
share tips for successful advocacy before the Boards,” according to the U.S
Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The USPTO partners with law schools across
the country to host these Stadium
Tour events, which include trademark opposition hearings and AIA
proceedings.
