Banner Witcoff attorney Bradley C. Wright ranked
No. 1 on Patexia’s list of the top five attorneys with the largest growth in the
number of inter partes review (IPR) cases
over the last five years.

Patexia data shows that Brad had zero cases in 2014, but grew his caseload to 44 IPRs in 2017. In 2018, he was named in 40 IPRs, Patexia noted in an August 14 post about the rankings. The global platform for IP professionals based its rankings on a review of IPR attorneys’ caseloads between 2014 and 2018.

Earlier in August, Patexia ranked Banner Witcoff second
on its top 5 list of law firms with the biggest boost in IPR activity, with
close to 10 times growth in the past five years. Patexia data shows that Banner
Witcoff’s IPR activity jumped from five cases in 2014 to more than 50 in 2018 —
a nearly 960% increase.
