Kerry Creeron provides clients with innovative and technical solutions to complex intellectual property issues.

Mr. Creeron has worked with clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 50 companies. Mr. Creeron has extensive experience in the areas of computer software, computer hardware, electrical arts, mechanical arts, data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, machine vision, cloud computing, video encoding, networking, operating systems, control systems, and processor design.

Prior to joining Banner & Witcoff, Mr. Creeron was an in-house patent counsel for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he worked on a wide variety of technologies including memory fabrics, storage systems, and big data systems.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Creeron worked as a software engineer and systems administrator. Mr. Creeron earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering and Computer Science (double major) from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
