Banner Witcoff attorney Apurv Guarav will moderate a Sept. 4
panel examining how trade disputes could affect practice before the International
Trade Commission (ITC).

The South Asian Bar Association
of Washington, D.C. (SABA-DC) will present the panel titled, “IP and Trade
Across Borders – Investigations before the ITC,” and Banner Witcoff will
host the event.

Panelists will include Asha Allam of Adduci,
Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP, Tuhin Ganguly of Pepper Hamilton LLP, and Uma
Everett of Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox PLLC.
