Overview

Significant changes are afoot in enforcing and defending patents. The seminar will provide insight and practical advice on efficiently litigating patents in view of recent changes including changes in the patent laws, proposed legislation, Supreme Court developments, and trends in the District Courts. The seminar will also detail new avenues for challenging patents at the United States Patent Office.
