Banner Witcoff attorney Brad Van Pelt will speak at the International Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA) 4th Annual Meeting, which takes place Sept. 24-25 in Palo Alto, California.

Brad will speak during a Sept. 25 session titled, “IP and
Trade: How IP Shapes the Structure of Global Value Chains.” He will discuss the
important roles that intellectual property, technologies, innovation, knowledge
transfer, and competition play in value chains and the cross-border trades.
