Darrell G. Mottley joins a panel discussion on “Navigating the Recent SCOTUS Decisions on Intellectual Property Law Patent Decisions: Strategies and Best Practices” at the Hispanic National Bar Association Annual Convention in Washington, DC.

Mr. Mottley will discuss the US Supreme Court 2013-2014 term which produced rulings on various patent areas. The cases covered issues from protection of computer inventions and software technology to attorney fees in high-stakes patent litigation, patent validity, and infringement in high technology. The panel will discuss how in-house and outside counsel are navigating the legal landscape in these new areas of technology law addressed by the Supreme Court cases.
