Gary D. Fedorochko will join Brian O’Shaughnessy of RatnerPrestia and Daniel Stringfield of Steptoe & Johnson in presenting, “Public Policy Update – LES Appearances on the Hill and in the Courtroom,” at the Licensing Executives Society 2016 Spring PanAm Meeting in Houston.
Mr. Fedorochko, who serves as Trustee of Education, Webinars of LES and as President of the LES Foundation, was on the LES amicus brief in Cuozzo Speed Technologies v. Lee filed at the Supreme Court, and will elaborate on the case and the LES position as part of the discussion on LES’ recent activity in IP-related public policy debates.
The LES 2016 Spring PanAm Meeting, “Energize Your Licensing: Solutions Across the Americas,” is April 26-28.
