Banner Witcoff attorneys Michael Krashin and Tim Rechtien will speak at MAGIC, a fashion trade show that will take place August 12-14 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Michael and Tim will speak on an August 12
panel titled, “Protecting Your Business & Brand in the Era of Easy
Knockoffs and Counterfeiting.” They will join Stefania Geraci, former general
counsel at Luxottica, to share insights on creating and protecting brands, ecommerce,
and sales in the U.S. and global markets. Barbara Ende, president of Sycamore
Marketing Group, will moderate.

Organized by UBM Fashion, the three-day
event showcases fashion from around the world, provides attendees opportunities
to conduct business and collaborate with other professionals in the industry,
and offers a number of seminars on topics focused on the business of fashion.
