The next North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program will
take place on Friday, May 10, in Northbrook, Illinois.

Sponsored by Banner Witcoff, the program will feature
speakers John Brodersen, general counsel at Rust-Oleum Corp., and counsel
Clinton H. Hallman Jr. They will discuss outside counsel guidelines and provide
attendees with practical takeaways and best practices.

A Q&A session will follow the program, which is intended
for in-house counsel who address IP issues and live in, or work in, Chicago’s northern
suburbs. Lunch will be provided and one MCLE credit is pending.
