Robert S. Katz will moderate a panel on Design Protection at the 2015 FICPI World Congress in Cape Town, South Africa.

The panel will explore which countries have design patent or registration systems that enable effective grant and enforcement of design rights, which countries could do better, and what users want from a design patent protection and/or an enforcement perspective.
