The Chicago-Kent Supreme Court IP Review (SCIPR) is a conference designed to provide intellectual property practitioners, jurists, legal academics and law students with a review of IP cases from the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2011 Term, a preview of cases on the docket for the 2012 Term, and a discussion of cert. petitions to watch.

Banner & Witcoff’s Scott A. Burow will moderate the session on Kappos v. Hyatt – a case that held that there are no limitations on a plaintiff’s ability to introduce new evidence in a §145 proceeding other than those in the Federal Rules of Evidence and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
