Banner Witcoff attorneys Michael S. Cuviello and John M.
Fleming will serve as faculty members for an Oct. 3 webinar exploring freedom to
operate (FTO) opinions.

Michael and John will join one other intellectual property
attorney to present the webinar, which will guide patent counsel on how to
prepare FTO opinions for companies developing new products. The panel will also
outline best practices to reduce infringement risks, discuss the impact of
post-grant challenges, and examine strategies for employing FTO opinions.
