Robert S. Katz presents “Trends in Design Protection” at the Fordham IP Law Institute’s Conference on China’s New Environment for Intellectual Property at Fordham University School of Law.

This Fordham IP Institute program will cover a range of issues, from patenting trends, to challenges in design protection, and intellectual property protection challenges for cloud computing in China. Senior officials from the USPTO and China’s Supreme People’s Court will be in attendance, as well as many notable practitioners and scholars.
